All abilities are welcome to join the Force Academy. Players will be grouped by age. Sign up individually or as a team. Cost is only $170/player or sign up a team of 10 or more and SAVE, cost for team is $160/player. Each player receives a free T-Shirt.

FEES

$350 for full year of training U6 and U8

INCLUDES:

  • Coach and Director’s fees
  • Minimum of 15 hours outdoor training
  • All teams receive 14 hours of indoor training
  • BHSC administrative costs, outdoor field usage
  • Rental of indoor training facilities
  • Uniforms (t-shirt and each player should wear their own black socks and shorts)

All players are expected to attend practices unless their absence is communicated to the coach at the earliest possible time. Practice will be once a week at a time and location to be decided by the coach. This will be communicated to the team at the earliest date possible (as soon as we have our field assignments and the coaches have set their practice schedules).



Force Academy Program
2008-2009

The Force Academy is a year round training program for young and enthusiastic soccer players between the ages of 5 and 8. Players who are selected into the program will be trained by our professional coaching staff.

The primary goal of the Academy is to encourage our young, standout players to enjoy the game while improving skills. With a solid foundation at a very young age, most players will be ready to play for the Force at the U8 or U9 level.

Players will be evaluated upon the following characteristics:

  • Athleticism
  • Willingness to Listen
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Participating in group activities in a learning environment

The program year begins in Late August/September and ends in early June. There is typically one hour-long, outdoor practice a week in the fall and again in the spring. There are also opportunities for scrimmages with other local clubs who have Academy teams.

During the winter months all players will do a minimum of 14 hour-long, indoor practices.

The U8 Academy players will have the opportunity to participate in 2 sessions of indoor soccer games.
